Aufgabeninhalte:

* sämtliche Tätigkeiten, die im Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetz

vorgesehen sind

* Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für den Pflegeprozess

* Delegation und Subdelegation an die pflegerischen Assistenzberufe lt.

GuKG sowie der medizinisch-pflegerischen Assistenzberufe (z.B.

StationssekretärInnen, OrdinationsassistentInnen, etc.)

* Umsetzung der Anforderungen des Fachbereichs der Alterspsychiatrie

und Alterspsychotherapie (im Wochendienst von Montag-Freitag nur

Tagdienst) mit dem höchsten Maß an Patientensicherheit

* Management komplexer Pflegesituationen

* exzellente Patientenbeobachtung und Interpretation von Zeichen und

Symptomen

* Anleitung, Begleitung und Beurteilung von Auszubildenden

* Pflege qualitätsorientiert und in Kooperation mit anderen Berufsgruppen

durchführen

Voraussetzungen:

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der diplomierten allgemeinen oder

psychiatrischen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege sowie Nachweis der

Berufsberechtigung (spätestens bei Dienstantritt)

* abgeschlossene Sonderausbildung für die Verwendung im Spezialbereich

oder die Bereitschaft, diese innerhalb von fünf Jahren zu erwerben

* gute IT-Kenntnisse und kommunikationssicheres Deutsch

* umfassendes Knowhow in der Patientenversorgung und Pflegepraxis

* hohe soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft zu Mehrleistungen

* Engagement für kontinuierliche Fort- und Weiterbildung
