Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine verlässliche und fachlich qualifizierte Persönlichkeit, die Pflegequalität aktiv mitgestaltet und zu einer professionellen Pflegepraxis beiträgt.

Als DGKP übernehmen Sie eine zentrale fachliche Verantwortung in der Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner:innen. Sie steuern den Pflegeprozess, stellen die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards sicher und sind zentrale Ansprechperson für Bewohner:innen, Angehörige und das Pflegeteam.

Ihre Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner:innen gemäß GuKG

Planung, Steuerung und Evaluierung des individuellen Pflegeprozesses

Erstellung und laufende Anpassung der Pflegeplanung unter Berücksichtigung der Ressourcen der Bewohner:innen

Durchführung sowie Anordnung und Kontrolle pflegerischer und medizinischer Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Kompetenzen

Fachliche Anleitung und Unterstützung von Pflegeassistenz, Pflegefachassistenz sowie neuen Mitarbeiter:innen und Auszubildenden

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Pflege- und Qualitätsstandards

Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustands sowie Einleitung erforderlicher Maßnahmen

Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Angehörigen sowie interdisziplinären Berufsgruppen

Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen gemäß gesetzlichen Vorgaben und internen Standards

Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität und internen Prozesse

Ihre Qualifikationen und Stärken

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Diplomierten Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in (bei ausländischen Abschlüssen: Nostrifikation erforderlich)

Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

Erfahrung im Umgang mit Pflegedokumentationssystemen von Vorteil

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2)

Hohe fachliche Kompetenz sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie

Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

Die Bezahlung erfolgt gemäß SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag:

Das Mindestbruttomonatsentgelt beträgt € 3.346,46 auf Vollzeitbasis (37 Std./Woche) zuzüglich variabler Zuschläge (z. B. Sonn- und Feiertagszuschläge, Nachtdienstzulagen).

Facheinschlägige sowie nicht facheinschlägige Vordienstzeiten werden gemäß Kollektivvertrag berücksichtigt (Anrechnung bis zu 10 Dienstjahren).

Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung im persönlichen Gespräch festgelegt.
