Ihre Aufgaben:

Als DiplomsozialbertreuerIn sind Sie ein zentraler Teil unseres interdisziplinären Teams und tragen

wesentlich zur Betreuung und Stabilisierung unserer KlientInnen im stationären Setting bei.

Begleitung, Betreuung und Förderung von Menschen mit psychiatrischen (incl. Forensik)

Erkrankungen im Alltag

* Unterstützung bei der Tages- und Wochenstruktuierung und Krisenbewältigung

* Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation individueller Betreuungsmaßnahmen

* Förderung der sozialen Kompetenzen und alltagspraktischen Fähigkeiten

* Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team

* Beteiligung an Teambesprechungen

* Mitwirkung an einer stabilen und wertschätzenden Lebensumwelt für unsere KlientInnen

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als DiplomsozialbetreuerIn

* Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Gute Kommunikations- sowie Vernetzungs- und Organisationskompetenz

* Erfahrung im psychiatrischen Bereich von Vorteil

* Empathie, Belastbarkeit und ein respektvoller Umgang von herausfordernden Situation

* Dokumentation

* Bereitschaft zur Teamarbeit

* Führerschein B erforderlich

Wir bieten Ihnen:

* Für diese Position laut Kollektivvertrag Sozialwirtschaft Österreich ist ein Bruttogehalt von

mindestens € 3.074,80 auf Basis Vollzeit - 37 Wochenstunden (abhängig von der anrechenbaren

Vorerfahrung und Ausbildungsstand), plus Erschwernis/ Gefahrenzulage € 247,27 brutto pro

Monat-, auf Basis Vollzeit, EEZG Zulage, Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender

Qualifikation.

* Möglichkeiten zur Fort- Weiterbildung.

* Eine 6. Urlaubswoche ab dem 43. Lebensjahr, (Entlastungswoche) bei Behindertenarbeit

* Anrechnung der Vordienstzeiten bis 10 Jahre.

* Beschäftigung in einer familiär geführten Einrichtung.
