Vacature Medewerker Finance & Control Soliciteer nu De baan: Als Medewerk(st)er Finance & Control werk je binnen de gelijknamige afdeling. Samen met je directe collega ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse financieel-administratieve werkzaamheden. Een klein gedeelte van je functie bestaat uit lichte office-managementtaken. De Manager Finance & Control is eindverantwoordelijk voor de afdeling en samen vormen jullie een hecht en gezellig team. Finance & Control - Dagelijks verwerk en beantwoord je administratieve tickets in het eigen portaal van X2com. Deze gaan voornamelijk over facturen, betalingen en administratieve wijzigingen, zoals opzeggingen, naamswijzigingen, contractovernames en verhuizingen van diensten. Daarnaast beantwoord je telefonisch vragen van partners en eindklanten. - Je verzorgt het debiteurenbeheer. Hieronder vallen het verwerken van betalingen, versturen van betalingsherinneringen en waar nodig opvolgen van openstaande facturen. - Op het gebied van crediteurenbeheer zorg je voor een correcte verwerking van inkoopfacturen. Ook zorg je voor de interne autorisatie en verzorg je de betalingen aan crediteuren. - Je verwerkt dagelijks de bankmutaties. - Samen met je directe collega voer je het maandelijkse facturatieproces uit. Dit vindt plaats op de eerste werkdag van de maand. - Wil je jouw financiële kennis verder ontwikkelen? Naarmate je kennis en ervaring toenemen, staan we ervoor open om je financiële takenpakket verder uit te breiden. Office Management Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op kantoor soepel verloopt: van het gastvrij ontvangen van bezoekers en aannemen van pakketjes tot agenda- en ruimtebeheer, het inkopen van kantoorartikelen en het oppakken van diverse facilitaire werkzaamheden.
