Basisschool Okba Ibnoe Nafi Breda zoekt een directeur die met visie en daadkracht het onderwijs verder wil versterken! Over SIPO Stichting Islamitisch Primair Onderwijs (SIPO) is een groeiende scholengemeenschap met zeven scholen en ongeveer 1200 leerlingen, waar hoogwaardig primair onderwijs wordt geboden op basis van Islamitische waarden. We ondersteunen onze leerlingen in het ontwikkelen van hun volledige potentieel, geleid door de kernwaarden Ihsaan (uitmuntendheid), respect, rechtvaardigheid en naastenliefde, zodat ze succesvol kunnen bijdragen aan de Nederlandse samenleving. Wie zijn wij? IBS Okba Ibnoe Nafi is een islamitische basisschool in Breda waar leerlingen zich veilig, gezien en uitgedaagd voelen. Ons team bestaat uit betrokken professionals die werken met actuele onderwijsmethodes en veel aandacht hebben voor de ontwikkeling van ieder kind. We zijn een hechte schoolgemeenschap met korte lijnen, warme samenwerking en een duidelijke islamitische identiteit. Samen geven we onderwijs vorm dat leerlingen voorbereidt op een toekomst vol kansen. Als directeur basisschool ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor de school. Je geeft leiding aan het team, ontwikkelt en bewaakt het onderwijs- en kwaliteitsbeleid en bent verantwoordelijk voor de bedrijfsvoering. Je vertaalt de bovenschoolse visie en strategie naar de dagelijkse praktijk en stuurt op onderwijskwaliteit, professionalisering en een veilig pedagogisch klimaat. Je legt verantwoording af aan het bestuur en/of de bovenschools directeur en levert een actieve bijdrage aan het bovenschools beleid.
