Dan is dit jouw kans om als directeur het verschil te maken. Als directeur van IKC Ambacht geef je samen met het managementteam leiding aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het IKC. Vanuit de sterke basis en goede resultaten geef je richting aan de gezamenlijke ambities en zorg je voor samenhang tussen visie, beleid en dagelijkse praktijk. Functie-eisen Je bent een verbindende leider met hart voor kinderen, opvang en onderwijs. Je hebt een heldere visie op de brede ontwikkeling van kinderen en vertaalt maatschappelijke, onderwijskundige en pedagogische ontwikkelingen naar de koers van het IKC. Je inspireert medewerkers, versterkt de samenwerking tussen opvang en onderwijs en biedt tegelijkertijd rust, duidelijkheid en structuur. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Je kunt rekenen op: - een mooie en betekenisvolle functie in een dynamische, stimulerende omgeving waar volop beweging is en waar je de ruimte krijgt om jouw leiderschap en visie in te zetten; - direct een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd, met een proeftijd van twee maanden; - een zorgvuldig inwerktraject, inclusief een collega-directeur van UN1EK als buddy. Zo sta je er vanaf de start zeker niet alleen voor; - professionele ondersteuning en begeleiding vanuit het bestuursbureau op het gebied van HRM, bedrijfsvoering, financiën, facilitair en kwaliteit; - een passende beloning in schaal D13, conform de cao PO; - een dienstverband van 1,0 fte; - aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
