TI-NL houdt kantoor in het Nutshuis in hartje Den Haag dicht bij de politiek, ministeries en andere overheidsorganen. In alle transparantie zet TI-NL zich in voor een integere, fraudevrije en niet-corrupte Nederlandse samenleving. TI-NL doet onderzoek naar en analyse van corruptie- en integriteitsproblemen, stimuleert politici en CEOs om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en af te leggen, draagt bij aan goed werkende wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van anti-corruptie en klokkenluidersbescherming, en verzorgt trainingen en bewustwordingscampagnes met en binnen bedrijven en organisaties. TI-NL bevindt zich op een belangrijk moment in haar ontwikkeling. De organisatie beschikt over een sterke reputatie, een internationale inbedding en een groeiend netwerk van partners in politiek, bedrijfsleven en maatschappelijk middenveld. Voor het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden van TI-NL heeft het bestuur een directeur aangesteld, die daarvoor de eindverantwoordelijkheid draagt. Wegens vertrek van de huidige directeur, komt TI-NL graag in contact met een nieuwe Directeur Transparency International Nederland De directeur functioneert als extern boegbeeld van de organisatie. Dit houdt in dat de directeur het gezicht van de organisatie in de media is, contacten onderhoudt met de politiek en overheid voor het beïnvloeden van beleid en TI-NL vertegenwoordigt op nationaal en internationaal niveau.
