Zo blijven wij ons onderwijs ontwikkelen en sluiten we aan bij de behoeften van onze leerlingen en de samenleving van morgen. De Rietzanger kent een betrokken en kansrijke populatie. Veel van onze leerlingen groeien op in een stimulerende thuissituatie, waarin ouders veel waarde hechten aan onderwijs en ontwikkeling. Een groot deel van de ouders is hoogopgeleid en actief betrokken bij de school. Hierdoor beschikken veel leerlingen over een brede algemene ontwikkeling, zijn zij taalvaardig en hebben zij behoefte aan uitdaging en verdieping binnen het onderwijs. Veel van onze leerlingen stromen uit naar havo- en vwo-niveau. Dit vraagt om onderwijs waarin hoge verwachtingen worden gecombineerd met aandacht voor het welzijn en de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van ieder kind. Wij dagen leerlingen uit om nieuwsgierig te zijn, kritisch te denken en hun talenten te ontdekken en te benutten. Wij zoeken iemand die: - met visie, verbinding en daadkracht leiding geeft aan onze school; - oog heeft voor kinderen, ouders en medewerkers; - de kracht van interne en externe samenwerking weet te benutten; - en samen met ons verder bouwt aan kwalitatief sterk en toekomstgericht onderwijs. Wij bieden: - Arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de cao voor het Primair Onderwijs; - Een salaris volgens cao PO, schaal D12; - Een betrokken team met ca. 25 professionele medewerkers, welke zich met hart en ziel inzetten voor het onderwijs en de ontwikkeling van leerlingen; - Een prettige werkomgeving in een wijk met betrokken en actieve ouders.
