Als directeur accountancy krijg je de kans om een sleutelrol te spelen in onze ambitie om verder te groeien en te excelleren in met name de samenstelpraktijk. De functie Als directeur accountancy ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de (kwaliteit van) dienstverlening aan onze klanten, de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van onze collega's én de professionalisering van onze MKB-praktijk. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de integratie van verschillende werkwijzen, voor de doorontwikkeling van de samenstelpraktijk en je geeft sturing aan de team- en kantoorleiders. Je zorgt ervoor dat zowel het werkplezier van onze collega's als de klanttevredenheid op hoog niveau zijn en blijven. Je werkt intensief samen met het directieteam van Vallei Finance Group om onze gezamenlijke ambities te realiseren: het leukste en beste accountants- en advieskantoor van Nederland; een plek waar onze collega's met veel plezier werken.
