Als directeur ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor de Margriet. Je geeft leiding aan het team, bewaakt de onderwijskwaliteit en zorgt voor een gezonde, professionele schoolorganisatie.Daarnaast maak je deel uit van het directieteam van VPCO Ermelo, een stichting met vijf basisscholen. We werken aan een gezamenlijk koersplan, waarin samenwerking en gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid steeds belangrijker worden. Je denkt actief mee over de ontwikkeling van de stichting en weet de belangen van je eigen school en die van VPCO Ermelo met elkaar te verbinden. MEER OVER DE SCHOOL: De Margriet is een christelijke basisschool in het hart van Ermelo, met ongeveer 220 leerlingen, verdeeld over 9 groepen, en 19 betrokken medewerkers.Ons motto is "Groei met ons mee". We vinden het belangrijk dat ieder kind zich gezien en gekend voelt in een veilige omgeving. We hebben hoge verwachtingen, werken doelgericht en bieden onderwijs waarin kinderen zich zowel sociaal als cognitief ontwikkelen.We hebben samengebouwd aan een professionele schoolcultuur waarin we van en met elkaar leren en werkplezier belangrijk vinden.
