UniC FTE 1,0 Startdatum: zsm Sluitingsdatum: 25-10-2026 Tijdelijk, met uitzicht op vast Vacature Directeur (1,0) UniC Samen verder bouwen aan UniC - juist als jezelf UniC is een openbare havo/vwo-school in Utrecht met eigentijds en eigenzinnig onderwijs. Een school waar leerlingen én medewerkers zichzelf mogen zijn, waar samen leren centraal staat en waar ruimte is om initiatief te nemen, te ontdekken en te groeien. We geloven dat onderwijs over meer gaat dan het behalen van een diploma. Leerlingen ontwikkelen bij UniC kennis én vaardigheden, leren samenwerken, reflecteren, keuzes maken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen. Dat doen we vanuit drie waarden die diep in onze school verankerd zijn: eigenheid, verbondenheid en autonomie. Voor UniC zoeken we een directeur die begrijpt wat deze school bijzonder maakt. Een onderwijskundig leider met een herkenbare visie op goed onderwijs, die deze weet te verbinden met de onderwijsvisie van UniC en samen met het team richting geeft aan de volgende fase van de school. Je brengt mensen in positie, geeft ruimte waar dat kan en richting waar dat nodig is. Waar staat UniC nu? UniC heeft een enorm betrokken en bevlogen team. Medewerkers voelen zich sterk verbonden met de school en met het bijzondere onderwijs dat hier wordt gegeven. De afgelopen jaren is meer structuur in de organisatie aangebracht. De overgang van uitsluitend zelfsturende teams naar een organisatie met teamleiders heeft gezorgd voor meer duidelijkheid, samenhang en borging. Tegelijkertijd zijn we nog niet klaar. Ontwikkelingen die in gang zijn gezet, vragen om verdere uitwerking en borging. Daarbij blijven we steeds de verbinding maken met onze onderwijsvisie: waarom doen we wat we doen en past het bij het onderwijs dat we op UniC willen geven? Dat vraagt niet om nóg meer verandering, maar om iemand die samen met ons bepaalt wat we vasthouden, verder ontwikkelen of juist loslaten. Wat vraagt dat van onze nieuwe directeur...
