Als directeur van basisschool Sint-Laurens Zelzate-West ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de school. Tegelijk maak je deel uit van het directieteam van de basisscholen Sint-Laurens Zelzate-West en Zelzate-Centrum, waar je mee bouwt aan het gezamenlijke beleid, de organisatie en de pedagogische ontwikkeling van beide scholen.

Je geeft leiding vanuit een gedeelde visie op onderwijs, stimuleert samenwerking en participatie, en waakt over een leerlinggerichte schoolcultuur met aandacht voor welbevinden, zorg en kwaliteit. Daarnaast werk je constructief samen met collega-directeurs, de algemeen directeur, het schoolbestuur en externe partners, en draag je actief bij aan de samenwerking binnen de bredere cluster Zelzate-Wachtebeke.

  • J e herkent je in de waardengedreven en christelijk geïnspireerde missie, engagementsverklaring, grondstroom en het opvoedingsproject van Evara en je wenst je in deze geest in te zetten en te profileren (www.evara.be).
  • Je hebt een progressieve visie op onderwijs en draagt de school- en clustervisie actief mee uit.
  • Je beschikt over kennis en ervaring binnen het kleuteronderwijs.
  • Je leidt veranderingen en innovaties in de schoolorganisatie en creëert een kader waarin collega’s gemotiveerd kunnen werken.
  • Je gelooft sterk in gedeeld leiderschap en werkt graag samen binnen een directieteam.
  • Je beschikt over sterke verbindende en communicatieve vaardigheden en creëert ruimte waarin medewerkers met goesting en vertrouwen kunnen werken.
