  • ben je, samen met je collega van het directieteam verantwoordelijk voor het beleid en de dagelijkse werking van de school, zowel op organisatorisch als pedagogisch-didactisch vlak.
  • geef je leiding volgens de principes van de engagementsverklaring en draagt deze waarden zichtbaar uit.
  • bouw je mee aan een participatieve schoolorganisatie met aandacht voor dialoog, overleg en begeleiding van teams.
  • waak je over een leerlinggerichte schoolcultuur met een sterke focus op welbevinden, zorg en onderwijskwaliteit.
  • neem je een actieve rol op in het directieteam, waar beleidsvoorbereiding, -uitvoering en -evaluatie gezamenlijk worden gedreven.
  • werk je constructief samen met collega-directeurs van de cluster, de algemene directeur, het schoolbestuur en externe partners.
  • Je herkent je in de waardengedreven en christelijk geïnspireerde missie, engagementsverklaring, tekst over de grondstroom en het opvoedingsproject van Evara en je wenst je in deze geest in te zetten en te profileren (www.evara.be).
  • Je hebt een progressieve visie op onderwijs en draagt de school- en clustervisie actief mee uit.
