Omschrijving van de opdrachtgever: HLTsamen is de ambtelijke werkorganisatie van de gemeenten Hillegom, Lisse en Teylingen. Op dit moment komen hier meerdere strategische ontwikkelingen, organisatieveranderingen en transformatieopgaven samen. Een directeur valt tijdelijk uit. Daarom zoekt HLTsamen per direct een ervaren interim-directeur bedrijfsvoering. De bedrijfsvoering van HLTsamen staat voor een belangrijke volgende stap. Er ligt al een visie op de verdere ontwikkeling. Jouw centrale opdracht is om deze Visie op Bedrijfsvoering af te ronden en te implementeren. Daarbij draait het niet alleen om processen, systemen en sturing. Het gaat vooral om de samenwerking tussen bedrijfsvoering en het primaire proces. Je hebt een brede portefeuille. Je bent namelijk ook Chief Financial Officer (CFO) en Chief Information Officer (CIO) van HLTsamen. Daarnaast valt een deel van HR onder jou. Ook daar liggen uitdagende opgaven, onder andere op het gebied van organisatieontwikkeling, strategisch personeelsmanagement en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Je wordt lid van het directieteam en werkt binnen de kaders van de directievisie en -koers. HLTsamen zoekt een verbindende directeur met natuurlijk gezag, een scherp oog voor samenwerking en zorgt voor rust, samenhang en heldere keuzes.
