Je geeft richting aan de organisatie en leiding aan een betrokken team van professionals. Je beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen inwoners, maatschappelijke organisaties, bedrijven en overheden. Je ziet kansen voor samenwerking en weet mensen en ideeën met elkaar te verbinden. Zo weet je als geen ander hoe je burgerinitiatieven een boost geeft en breng je organisaties samen om constructief bij te dragen aan beleid en praktijk. Met jouw strategisch inzicht, gevoel voor bestuurlijke verhoudingen en communicatieve kracht weet je de positie van de NMF Drenthe verder te versterken. Je bouwt aan relaties, ontwikkelt nieuwe kansen en helpt innovatieve projecten van de grond te krijgen.
