De opgave Vanuit de stevige basis die de afgelopen jaren is gelegd, vraagt de volgende stap om bestendigen én verder bouwen. Als directeur-bestuurder geef je richting aan deze fase en zorg je voor samenhang tussen maatschappelijke ambitie, mensen, middelen en resultaten. Daarbij staan drie hoofdopgaven centraal. - Bestendigen van de organisatieontwikkeling en professionele bedrijfsvoering Je zorgt voor rust, overzicht en continuïteit. Je vertaalt strategie naar uitvoering, versterkt de professionele en lerende organisatie die Caleidoscoop is, met specifieke aandacht voor bestendigen en optimaliseren van de financiële kant van de bedrijfsvoering. Je maakt keuzes, brengt focus aan en zorgt dat processen, sturing en bedrijfsvoering de maatschappelijke opdracht optimaal ondersteunen. Als directeur-bestuurder onderhoud je een open, transparante en professionele relatie met de Raad van Toezicht. Je bent daarin proactief, rolvast en duidelijk over wat er speelt en welke ontwikkelingen relevant zijn. Samen met de Raad van Toezicht maak je vooraf heldere afspraken over rollen, verwachtingen en informatievoorziening, zodat ook in complexe of bestuurlijk gevoelige situaties rolzuiver en transparant kan worden gehandeld. - Sterk in verander...
