'' Organisatie Mijn Geldkompas is een stichting gespecialiseerd in inkomensbeheer, beschermingsbewind, mentorschap en curatele. Zij ondersteunt mensen met een (licht) verstandelijke beperking bij hun deelname aan de maatschappij. De 14 medewerkers (10 fte) van Mijn Geldkompas bieden praktische en laagdrempelige ondersteuning op het gebied van financieel beheer en welzijn. Daarbij draagt Mijn Geldkompas de verantwoordelijkheid als wettelijk vertegenwoordiger op die gebieden. De missie van de organisatie is helder en betekenisvol: de financiële zelfredzaamheid en het algemeen welzijn van kwetsbare inwoners versterken. Mijn Geldkompas onderscheidt zich als wettelijk vertegenwoordiger of inkomensbeheerder door dicht bij haar cliënten te staan. De 5 collega's die optreden als bewindvoerder en/of mentor en curator zijn makkelijk bereikbaar voor cliënten. De overige collega's zorgen voor administratieve uitvoering van de processen en worden daarin inhoudelijk begeleid en aangestuurd door een senior medewerker. De organisatie kent verder geen ondersteunende functies. Vakmanschap, betrokkenheid, betrouwbaarheid, integriteit en transparantie zijn belangrijke waarden van het team. Mijn Geldkompas is vakinhoudelijk en financieel een goed presterende stichting. De organisatie had in 2025 een omzet van zo'n € 1,2 mio en er zijn voldoende eigen reserves.
