Vanaf 1 januari 2027 krijgt de Krimpenerwaard een nieuwe gemeentelijke sportorganisatie met een flinke maatschappelijke opdracht. En jij? Jij krijgt de kans om die organisatie vanaf de start neer te zetten! Je bouwt aan een professionele organisatie om sport in de Krimpenerwaard te versterken. Niet alleen door accommodaties goed te regelen. Maar met de overtuiging dat sport ertoe doet in het dagelijks leven. WaardActief B.V. wordt een organisatie met circa 25 fte en een jaarlijkse exploitatiebegroting van circa €6,5 miljoen. De organisatie is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de exploitatie van binnen- en buitensportaccommodaties, de zwembaden De Hofstee en 't Wilgerak en de uitvoering van sportstimulering en verenigingsondersteuning. Dit ga je doen Als Directeur-bestuurder geef je richting aan de nieuwe sportorganisatie. Je zorgt dat de basis klopt, dat mensen weten waar ze aan toe zijn en dat de organisatie klaar is om vanaf de start professioneel te werken. Je houdt overzicht, brengt rust en weet sport te verbinden aan wat inwoners en verenigingen nodig hebben. Je geeft leiding aan de organisatie en bent integraal verantwoordelijk voor personeel, financiën, exploitatie, bedrijfsvoering, veiligheid, dienstverlening en organisatieontwikkeling. Je zorgt voor duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden en een professionele bedrijfsvoering, maar houdt ook oog voor wat er op de werkvloer nodig is. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen de dagelijkse praktijk, de maatschappelijke opdracht en de bestuurlijke verhoudingen met de gemeente. Waar begin je? De organisatie start in een opbouwfase.
