Vacature OBS De Westhoek 0,4 fte Stichting OPO Borger-Odoorn heeft een vacature voor de positie van directeur voor OBS De Westhoek in Tweede Exloërmond vanaf 1 januari 2027.De school is onderdeel van stichting Openbaar Primair Onderwijs Borger-Odoorn (OPO Borger-Odoorn). De stichting bestaat uit 11 basisscholen. OBS De Westhoek is een kleinschalige dorpsschool met een groot hart in Tweede Exloërmond. In onze school kennen we elkaar, zien we ieder kind en creëren we een veilige, uitdagende leeromgeving waarin we met de leerlingen bouwen aan een stevige cognitieve en sociaal-emotionele basis. Onze missie 'Gevoel voor kinderen, verstand van onderwijs!'' vormt de basis van ons handelen. Naast de reguliere leerlingen biedt onze school ook een plek aan kinderen met specifieke onderwijs- en ondersteuningsbehoeften. Als directeur van OBS De Westhoek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van een veilige en stimulerende leef- en leeromgeving waarin leerlingen en teamleden zich prettig, geborgen en thuis voelen. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig binnen de school en laagdrempelig in je benadering; je hebt oog voor collega's in het team, de kinderen en diens ouders/verzorgers en geeft vanuit het hart oprechte aandacht aan iedereen. Jij bent de komende jaren de stabiele factor binnen het team. Wij zoeken een directeur die: • Zichtbaar en benaderbaar is voor leerlingen, ouders en medewerkers. • Balans brengt tussen rust en ontwikkeling en daarmee een stevige basis creëert voor verdere groei. • Oog heeft voor het behouden van kwaliteit binnen de combinatiegroepen. • Vanuit heldere uitgangspunten samen met het team verder bouwt aan onderwijskwaliteit, professionele cultuur en duurzame schoolontwikkeling. • Een veilig pedagogisch klimaat belangrijk vindt en hier actief aan bijdraagt. • Oog heeft voor ieder kind en gelijke kansen vanzelfsprekend vindt. • Een duidelijke visie heeft op inclusief onderwijs en deze kan vertalen naar...
