En tant que Directeur Commercial, vous serez le moteur de notre expansion sur le marché belge. Vos missions principales incluront :

  • Élaborer et déployer la stratégie commerciale en accord avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Manager, coacher et développer l'équipe de vente pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs fixés.
  • Prospecter et ouvrir de nouveaux comptes.
  • Générer vos propres opportunités.
  • Vendre directement auprès de décideurs.
  • Développer des partenariats stratégiques.
  • Piloter les négociations des comptés clés et assurer la fidélisation d'un portefeuille de clients grands comptes.
  • Analyser les indicateurs de performance, réaliser des reportings réguliers à la direction et ajuster la stratégie en conséquence.
  • Représenter Flexy lors d'événements professionnels et incarner nos valeurs d'expertise et de transparence.

Les clients que vous allez développer

Flexy accompagne des entreprises B2B ayant des besoins énergétiques importants et récurrents : industrie, horeca, retail, immobilier, logistique, agroalimentaire, services, etc.

Vous adressez directement des CEO, CFO, directions achats et responsables énergie dans l'optimisation de leurs contrats d'électricité et de gaz.

Pour exceller dans ce rôle, vous devez avant tout posséder une âme d'entrepreneur et un leadership naturel. Si aucun diplôme spécifique n'est requis, votre parcours et vos compétences feront la différence.

  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience de minimum 5 à 10 ans dans une fonction commerciale B2B.
  • Vous connaissez le secteur de l'énergie.
  • Vous avez un historique de résultats commerciaux démontrables.
  • Vous possédez une vraie capacité à prospecter et ouvrir de nouveaux comptes.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à inspirer, motiver et faire grandir une équipe.
  • Doté(e) d'un excellent sens relationnel, vous maîtrisez l'art de la négociation complexe.
  • Votre esprit analytique et stratégique vous permet de transformer les données du marché en actions concrètes.
  • Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de proactivité et d'une forte orientation résultats.
