Wij zoeken een directeur die de vereniging verder laat groeien en de stem van onze ondernemers versterkt richting gemeente, provincie en regionale partners. Wat doe je? - Je zet de bestuurlijke koers om in lobby, samenwerking en uitvoering. - Je verwelkomt nieuwe leden, deelt successen en vergroot de zichtbaarheid van OVZZ, onder andere via LinkedIn. - Je onderhoudt het contact met gemeente en stakeholders en beïnvloedt beleid op dossiers zoals gebiedsontwikkeling, collectieve beveiliging en het Zaans Duurzaamheidsloket. - Je bent de spil voor het bestuur: werving van bestuursleden, ondersteuning voor de begroting, kwartaalrapportages en de ALV. Wie ben je? Een verbinder met strategisch vermogen. Je voelt aan wat er speelt bij ondernemers én bij de gemeente, en je weet beide werelden bij elkaar te brengen. Ervaring met belangenbehartiging of een vergelijkbare coördinerende rol is een plus. Wat bieden we? Een zelfstandige, veelzijdige functie met directe invloed op het ondernemersklimaat in de regio, in een actieve vereniging met een betrokken bestuur.
