De uitdaging ligt dan ook niet in een turnaround, maar in de stap naar een organisatie die bewuster wordt gestuurd op koers en groei. Als Algemeen Directeur bepaal je de koers en vertaal je deze naar concrete doelen en actie. Tegelijkertijd professionaliseer je de organisatie verder, zodat operations, IT, HR en finance de ambities ondersteunen. Daarbij behoud je wat Prisma Direct sterk maakt: korte lijnen, betrokken mensen en een praktische MKB-mentaliteit. Je bent zichtbaar, staat dicht bij de business en zorgt dat de organisatie meegaat in de volgende stap. Na één jaar staat er een gedragen koers, is de bestaande business stevig geborgd en is de beweging naar verdere groei en professionalisering zichtbaar ingezet. Wat motiveert jou? Ambitie De wereld van kaart- en pasoplossingen is volop in beweging. Alleen al het volume fysieke cadeaukaarten groeide het afgelopen jaar met 4%. Tegelijkertijd worden de processen erachter steeds complexer, met meer verkoopkanalen, systemen, toepassingen en vormen van fulfilment. Prisma Direct maakt die complexiteit eenvoudig. Van cadeaukaarten tot verzekerings- en gemeentepassen: Prisma Direct organiseert het volledige proces rondom de klant, van productie tot orderverwerking en levering. Die sterke positie biedt ruimte voor verdere groei. Binnen bestaande, maar ook nieuwe klantrelaties, in aanpalende markten, met nieuwe geschenkconcepten én internationaal.
