Jij biedt continuïteit aan het programma en brengt tegelijk richting, duidelijkheid en verbinding. Je gaat aan de slag in Lisse, met een stevige rol binnen het directieteam. Omschrijving van de opdrachtgever: Werkorganisatie HLTsamen is de ambtelijke organisatie van de gemeenten Hillegom, Lisse en Teylingen. Het is een omgeving waarin veel tegelijkertijd gebeurd en gevraagd wordt. Maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen, de krappe arbeidsmarkt en de veranderende rol van de gemeente zorgen voor veel druk op de organisatie. Binnen Programma Samenleven werk je aan een ontwikkelopgave die zowel inhoudelijk als in de onderlinge samenwerking speelt. De afgelopen periode is hiervoor al een koers uitgezet. Jij zet deze lijn voort, brengt deze verder en versterkt waar nodig. Als directeur Samenleving breng je richting, duidelijkheid en verbinding terwijl je ook zorgt voor samenhang tussen de teams, de maatschappelijke opgaven, de ontwikkeling van het programma en de continuïteit van de dagelijkse uitvoering. Onder het programma vallen de teams Wmo & Participatie, Jeugd, Onderwijs, Sport en Volksgezondheid en Burgerzaken. Je geeft leiding aan de teammanagers van deze teams en werkt nauw samen met onder andere strategen, de portfoliomanager en de businesscontroller. Als lid van het directieteam draag je bij aan de koers en continuïteit van HLTsamen als geheel.
