VVOG, of Vereniging Voor Openbaar Groen, werkt elke dag aan meer en beter groen, blauw en een leefbare publieke ruimte in Vlaanderen.

We ondersteunen lokale besturen, delen kennis en verbinden mensen en organisaties.

We hebben een sterk netwerk, een ervaren team en veel ambitie. Om onze volgende stap te zetten, zoeken we een directeur.

Jouw rol

  • Je geeft richting aan VVOG en vertaalt strategie naar duidelijke keuzes en concrete resultaten.
  • Je ziet kansen voor groei, nieuwe dienstverlening en partnerships en bewaakt tegelijk een gezonde financiële basis.
  • Je leidt een klein, ervaren team.
  • Je brengt focus, geeft vertrouwen en laat mensen groeien.
  • Als gezicht van VVOG verbind je team en bestuur, lokale besturen en externe partners.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Een directeur die strategie koppelt aan actie, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en mensen meekrijgt.
  • Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma of Master en relevante leidinggevende of strategische ervaring.
  • Je kijkt vooruit en houdt voeling met de praktijk;
  • Je ziet kansen en neemt initiatief;
  • Je geeft vertrouwen én duidelijke richting;
  • Je verbindt mensen en organisaties;
  • Je durft keuzes maken.
