Notre client est un entrepreneur indépendant - dont le nombre de magasins franchisés dans la grande distribution- connaît déjà & va connaître de plus en plus une forte croissance.

Notre client recherche un « Directeur de Magasin - Bruxelles » (H/F/X) très expérimenté pour l’un des supermarchés les plus perfomants de Belgique.

Vos responsabilités :

· Gestion quotidienne du magasin : planification, organisation et gestion des priorités.

· Assurer une expérience client optimale : accueil, disponibilité, satisfaction et fidélisation.

· Diriger et accompagner une équipe de collaborateurs (>70 personnes ) : recrutement, formation, coaching et motivation.

· Gestion commerciale : suivi des résultats de vente, promotions, présentation et merchandising.

· Analyser et suivre les KPI : chiffre d'affaires, coûts et objectifs.

· Gestion des stocks et des commandes : commandes correctes, éviter les ruptures de stock, inventaires.

· Veiller au respect des procédures internes : hygiène, sécurité alimentaire, législation sociale et sécurité.

· Vous avez au minimum 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de magasin et d’une grande équipe dans la grande distribution.

· Vous êtes orienté client, dynamique et positif.

· Vous êtes un gestionnaire de personnes qui motive, encadre et ose donner des responsabilités aux employés.

· Vous avez une forte capacité d'organisation et savez établir des priorités.

· Vous travaillez avec précision, de manière autonome et fiable. Vos avez de bonnes qualités analytiques.

· Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du français.
