Deviens l'intrapreneur qui contribuera à relancer notre restaurant emblématique de Bruxelles

Chez Waffle Factory, nous faisons évoluer notre concept et ouvrons une nouvelle page de notre histoire.

Pour accompagner cette dynamique, nous recherchons bien plus qu'un manager : nous recherchons un véritable intrapreneur.

Quelqu'un capable d'évoluer dans le cadre et les standards de l'enseigne tout en apportant son énergie, son sens du commerce, ses idées et sa capacité d'exécution pour développer durablement l'activité.

Tu ne viens pas gérer l'existant. Tu viens contribuer activement à faire rayonner à nouveau l'un de nos restaurants les plus emblématiques.

Tes missions

  • Piloter la performance économique du restaurant : chiffre d'affaires, rentabilité, masse salariale et indicateurs de performance.
  • Développer les ventes en exploitant toutes les opportunités commerciales et en faisant de la satisfaction client un véritable levier de croissance.
  • Être présent(e) sur le terrain au quotidien, au contact des clients et des équipes, pour observer, analyser, agir et faire avancer le business.
  • Manager, accompagner et faire grandir tes deux Assistant Managers ainsi que l'ensemble de l'équipe.
  • Organiser l'activité du restaurant : plannings, stocks, approvisionnements et priorités opérationnelles.
  • Déployer la stratégie et les projets de l'enseigne au niveau local en garantissant une exécution exemplaire.
  • Être force de proposition : identifier les opportunités, tester de nouvelles approches, mesurer les résultats et partager les enseignements issus du terrain.
  • Participer activement au projet de relance du restaurant et contribuer aux réflexions sur l'évolution du concept Waffle Factory.

Ton profil

  • Tu es avant tout un(e) commerçant(e) passionné(e).
  • Tu possèdes une expérience significative en restauration rapide, retail ou environnement commercial.
  • Tu es animé(e) par le développement du chiffre d'affaires et l'atteinte des résultats.
  • Tu as un véritable sens du commerce et une forte orientation client.
  • Tu sais transformer des idées en actions concrètes.
  • Tu apprécies les environnements en mouvement et les défis ambitieux.
  • Tu es à l'aise avec les chiffres et sais utiliser les indicateurs pour prendre des décisions.
  • Tu es un manager de terrain capable d'embarquer ses équipes avec enthousiasme.
  • Tu as un état d'esprit positif, constructif et orienté solutions.
  • Tu sais formuler des recommandations pertinentes à partir des réalités observées sur le terrain.
  • Tu es motivé(e) à l'idée de contribuer activement à un projet de relance ambitieux.
