FR Directeur des services généraux (16965/TC) (NL) Over The Nucleus The Nucleus is het kloppend hart van het wetenschapspark Tech Lane Ghent Science Park op Eiland Zwijnaarde. Een markant gebouw van bijna 12.000 m², begin 2026 geopend, waar onderzoekers en ondernemers elkaar vinden: labo's en kantoren, een cleanroom, vergader- en conferentieruimtes en een restaurant dat de hele campus bedient. Het is de plek waar wetenschap en ondernemerschap samenkomen en waar de volgende doorbraken in biotech en life sciences vorm krijgen. Achter The Nucleus staat NV Tech Lane Parkgebouw, een samenwerking tussen vier publieke partners: PMV, POM Oost-Vlaanderen, UGent en sogent. Geen klassiek vastgoedproject dus, maar een bewuste keuze om iets neer te zetten met een ruimer maatschappelijk belang. Het gebouw is sinds kort operationeel. Nu komt de fase waarin het echt tot leven moet komen: volledig verhuurd, vlot geëxploiteerd en levendig. Daarvoor zoeken we jou. Jouw rol Als Facility Manager ben jij het gezicht van The Nucleus. Je bent in de eerste plaats verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking, exploitatie en technische opvolging van het gebouw. Daarnaast ondersteun je de verdere commerciële uitbouw, in nauwe samenwerking met de betrokken partners en het commerciële team. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Raad van Bestuur en werkt nauw samen met de vier partnerorganisaties. Je combineert tactisch denken met de bereidheid om zelf de mouwen op te stropen. Want in een gebouw dat pas op kruissnelheid komt, zijn die twee onlosmakelijk verbonden. Het aanspreekpunt voor huurders en gebruikers Je bent het gezicht van The Nucleus en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor huurders, exploitant(en), dienstverleners, bezoekers en organisatoren. Je verwelkomt nieuwe huurders en maakt hen wegwijs, volgt praktische afspraken op rond toegang, parkeren en gemeenschappelijke voorzieningen en zorgt dat vragen en klachten snel en correct opgelost geraken.
