En tant que Directeur, vous dirigez les activités d’Equans à Kourou, avec la responsabilité des équipes, des résultats financiers, des relations clients et du développement commercial. Vous pilotez notamment des activités techniques critiques au Centre Spatial Guyanais à Kourou, tout en poursuivant le développement d’Equans sur l’ensemble du territoire guyanais. Vous évoluez dans un environnement industriel unique où leadership, gestion d’entreprise et expertise technique se rencontrent au quotidien.

Votre mission se déroule : Kourou, Guyane française.

Zoom sur la fonction :

  • diriger les équipes locales (maintenance, travaux, support, contractuels), représentant environ 50 ETP
  • piloter les politiques RH avec le support d’Equans Belux
  • développer les compétences et accompagner la montée en maturité opérationnelle des équipes
  • adapter les effectifs en fonction de l’évolution des activités
  • maintenir un climat de transparence et de confiance
  • assurer les relations avec les partenaires sociaux
  • assumer la responsabilité légale HSE sur l’ensemble du périmètre
  • garantir l’application des règles de sécurité du Centre Spatial Guyanais
  • assurer la gestion quotidienne des activités techniques critiques
  • maintenir l’excellence opérationnelle et le respect des engagements contractuels
  • veiller à la conformité réglementaire et contractuelle
  • sécuriser et développer le portefeuille clients
  • définir et mettre en œuvre des plans d’action pour développer les activités sur de nouvelles zones géographiques en Guyane
  • conduire les négociations stratégiques et les renouvellements contractuels
  • piloter la performance financière, les revenus, les marges et le cash-flow
  • assurer le suivi budgétaire, les clôtures et le reporting en lien avec Equans Belux
  • élaborer les budgets et contribuer aux projections stratégiques avec les équipes belges

¿ Venez comme vous êtes, avec idéalement :

  • master ou diplôme équivalent
  • minimum 15 ans d’expérience dans un environnement de projets techniques complexes
  • expérience professionnelle significative à l’international ou en expatriation
  • expérience significative dans le domaine HVAC/CVC
  • expérience confirmée dans le pilotage d’activités et la gestion d’un P&L
  • capacité à diriger des équipes et à accompagner leur développement
  • bonne maîtrise du suivi budgétaire, du reporting et de la gestion de la performance
  • aptitude à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés et à construire des relations de confiance
  • capacité démontrée à évoluer dans un environnement culturel et géographique éloigné de l’Europe continentale
