Voor KesslerPerspektief zijn het essentiële voorwaarden om iedere dag goede opvang, begeleiding, wonen en zorg te kunnen bieden. Daarom zoeken wij een Directeur Facilities die strategie weet te verbinden aan uitvoering en die vanuit het directieteam richting geeft aan een professioneel, duurzaam en toekomstgericht domein op het gebied van facilitaire dienstverlening, vastgoed en ICT. Over KesslerPerspektief KesslerPerspektief is een gespecialiseerde maatschappelijke organisatie voor mensen in een sociaal kwetsbare positie. Vanuit Den Haag, Delft en Rotterdam biedt de organisatie opvang, begeleiding, wonen en zorg. Daarnaast is KesslerPerspektief via Arosa actief op het gebied van de aanpak van huiselijk geweld. De organisatie is actief in een grootstedelijke omgeving waarin vraagstukken rondom dakloosheid, wonen, zorg, psychische problematiek, bestaanszekerheid en veiligheid samenkomen. KesslerPerspektief biedt onder andere noodopvang, kortdurende opvang, ambulante begeleiding, beschermd wonen en langdurige zorg. De organisatie gelooft in herstel en nieuwe kansen. Niet de beperking of het probleem staat centraal, maar de mogelijkheden van de cliënt en het gewenste toekomstperspectief.
