Als directeur van Ferm Thuiszorg sta je aan het roer van een organisatie met een belangrijke maatschappelijke opdracht. Samen met het bestuursorgaan en het managementteam bepaal je de strategische koers en zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers, processen en middelen optimaal bijdragen aan een kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met verbindend leiderschap. Daarbij verlies je nooit uit het oog waar het uiteindelijk om draait: toegankelijke en kwaliteitsvolle zorg voor mensen die thuis ondersteuning nodig hebben.
