Inspirant vzw (525 medewerkers) is een organisatie die in 2024 ontstond uit de fusie van verschillende voorzieningen en scholen actief binnen zorg en buitengewoon onderwijs.

Vanuit meerdere campussen in West-Vlaanderen ondersteunen wij kinderen, jongeren en volwassenen met uiteenlopende ondersteunings- en onderwijsbehoeften. Door een sterke samenwerking tussen zorg en buitengewoon onderwijs bieden wij personen met een beperking maximaal kansen om zich te ontplooien.

Vandaag bouwen we verder aan één sterke organisatie waarin kwaliteit, samenwerking en maatschappelijke impact centraal staan.

Wegens pensionering en om deze volgende ontwikkelingsfase mee vorm te geven, zoeken wij een Directeur Financiën en Ondersteunende Diensten.

Jobomschrijving

Als Directeur Financiën en Ondersteunende Diensten maak je deel uit van het directieteam en draag je mee de verantwoordelijkheid voor de verdere ontwikkeling van de strategische visie van Inspirant vzw.

Je combineert strategisch financieel inzicht met een brede verantwoordelijkheid voor de ondersteunende diensten.

Je bouwt mee aan een toekomstgerichte organisatie waarin middelen, processen en mensen optimaal bijdragen aan kwaliteitsvolle zorg en onderwijs.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je staat in voor het financieel management en bewaakt de financiële gezondheid op lange termijn.
  • Je staat in voor heldere rapportages en werkt op financieel vlak ondersteunend t.a.v. het directieteam.
  • Je geeft coachend leiding aan de financiële en administratieve teams en stuurt daarnaast de ondersteunende diensten aan, waaronder facilitair beheer, ICT, aankoop en patrimonium (team van 72 medewerkers).
  • Je geeft mee vorm aan organisatiebrede veranderings- en optimalisatietrajecten binnen de verschillende entiteiten.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt de organisatie binnen externe overlegstructuren en onderhoudt contacten met overheden, financiële partners en andere stakeholders.

Je rapporteert aan de Algemeen Directeur en aan het bestuursorgaan.

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een financieel-economische richting.
  • Je bent een sociaal ondernemer met een sterk analytisch en strategisch inzicht.
  • Je bent in staat om complexe financiële info helder naar beleid & praktijk te vertalen.
  • Je bent een coachend leider die medewerkers weet te motiveren.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en teamgericht ingesteld.
  • Ervaring binnen de zorg-, onderwijs- of socialprofitsector is een belangrijke troef.
