Voor Golfexploitatiemaatschappij De Lage Vuursche B.V. zoeken wij een statutair directeur. Door het ontstaan van een vacature komt deze sleutelpositie binnen één van de toonaangevende golfaccommodaties van Nederland beschikbaar. Wij maken graag kennis met hoogwaardige kandidaten die gastvrijheid, ondernemerschap en verbindend leiderschap in zich verenigen - met "gastvrijheid" als rode draad in alles wat zij doen. Onze organisatie Golfexploitatiemaatschappij De Lage Vuursche B.V. verzorgt de exploitatie en het onderhoud van de totale accommodatie. Daarnaast draagt zij zorg voor de professionele organisatie van het 'verenigingsleven' van de gelieerde vereniging Golfsociëteit De Lage Vuursche, een besloten golfclub met circa 700 leden. De Golf van De Lage Vuursche behoort sinds haar opening in het jaar 2000 tot de top van de Nederlandse golfbanen en ligt in de bossen van Den Dolder, nabij Utrecht. De accommodatie omvat een kwalitatief hoogwaardige 18 holes golfbaan, ontworpen door Kyle Phillips, zeer moderne oefenfaciliteiten en een schitterend clubhuis met restaurant, terras en bar. Service en kwaliteit, golfbeleving en sociëteitsgevoel staan hoog in het vaandel van de exploitant. Het onderhoud van de baan en oefenfaciliteiten geschiedt in eigen beheer, waarvoor de greenkeeping over een up-to-date machinepark beschikt. Zelfstandige professionals verzorgen golflessen op topniveau. De horeca (lounge, bar en restaurant) valt vandaag nog onder de financiële verantwoordelijkheid van de directeur. Daarmee is gastvrijheid een directe verantwoordelijkheid van de directeur, in nauwe samenwerking met zijn of haar partners. De opgave Van de nieuwe directeur verwachten wij dat hij of zij de toonaangevende positie van de club borgt en verder uitbouwt. Centraal daarin staat het naar een nog hoger niveau tillen van de gastbeleving: leden, gasten en zakelijke relaties moeten zich op De Lage Vuursche werkelijk welkom en verzorgd voelen. Dit alles...
