The posting

Vous exercez vos fonctions sous l'autorité du Conseil d'administration. En tant que délégué à la gestion journalière et conformément aux priorités et orientations définies par les instances de l'asbl :

  • Vous représentez l'association vis-à-vis de l'extérieur (pouvoirs publics, partenaires, tiers,...) ;
  • Dans le cadre de l'organigramme de l'association, vous développez une vision stratégique globale en vous reposant sur ses missions et vous élaborez des plans annuels visant à mettre en œuvre leurs exécutions par le biais d'actions, de moyens financiers et de personnes ;
  • Vous assurez la coordination, le suivi et le contrôle de l'exécution du cahier des charge de la structure conformément à son objet social et aux différents agréments dont elle bénéficie (CISP - Education permanente - Atelier de production - Digistart,....) ;
  • Vous organisez le travail et la gestion des ressources humaines, en ce compris la conclusion des contrats de travail ;
  • Vous assurez la supervision financière et administrative de la structure (avec un coordinateur administratif et financier et un assistant administratif et comptable en appui).
  • Vous faites valoir une expérience réussie et reconnue de 5 ans en gestion d'une structure en lien avec les missions couvertes par l'association, en ce compris la gestion de personnel ;
  • Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du fonctionnement des systèmes institutionnels qu'ils soient communautaires et régionaux ;
  • Vous disposez d'un réseau professionnel diversifié et adapté aux différents besoins de l'association ;
  • Vous disposez d'un intérêt et/ou d'une expertise sur les enjeux de sociétés et les développements contemporains des questions relatives à l'audiovisuel, au numérique en général et l'éducation aux et par les médias. La connaissance des enjeux liés à l'insertion socio-professionnelle est un atout supplémentaire.
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome et organisée ; vous êtes rigoureux, proactif et capable d'établir des priorités et de développer des stratégies.
  • Vous adhérez aux valeurs de l'association ;
  • Contrat à durée indéterminée à Temps Plein valorisé en fonction de l'ancienneté suivant l'échelle barémique de la Commission Paritaire 329.02 (Échelon 6) ;
  • Chèques repas.
