Beschik je bovendien over ervaring met het realiseren, aanpassen en onderhouden van gebouwen, installaties en andere vitale infrastructuur? Dan is dit jouw kans om richting te geven aan de toekomst van de infrastructuur van Rotterdam The Hague Airport. Wat maakt deze rol uniek? - Werken op een dynamische luchthaven waar luchtvaart, bereikbaarheid en regionale ontwikkeling samenkomen. - Werk samen met gedreven professionals in een toegankelijke organisatie waar samenwerking centraal staat. - Draag bij aan onze ambitie om een veilige, duurzame en toekomstgerichte luchthaven te zijn. Wat ga je doen? Als Directeur Infrastructuur ben je primair verantwoordelijk voor vernieuwing en onderhoud aan gebouwen, terreinen en installaties en de daarbij behorende projecten en programma's. En daarnaast voor de digitale infrastructuur, de netwerken en IT systemen. Hoe jij hierbinnen resultaten behaald? Dat is aan jou. Jij zet jouw talenten in bij het: - Ontwikkelen en realiseren van de strategische visie, meerjarenplannen en begroting voor de fysieke en digitale infrastructuur van Rotterdam The Hague Airport. - Leidinggeven aan complexe infrastructurele projecten en programma's en zorgen voor realisatie binnen planning, kwaliteitsnormen en budget. - Waarborgen van veiligheid, risicomanagement en bedrijfscontinuïteit, inclusief crisisvoorbereiding en cybersecurity. - Stimuleren van innovatie en verduurzaming van de luchthaven door toekomstbestendige infrastructuuroplossingen te realiseren. - Aansturen en verder ontwikkelen van een afdeling van circa 30 medewerkers tot een moderne, agile en wendbare organisatie.
