Als Directeur-Partner Samenstelpraktijk in Rotterdam stap je in op het allerhoogste niveau en krijg je de algehele eindverantwoordelijkheid over onze complete samenstelafdeling. Je bent de drijvende kracht achter de strategische en commerciële groei van ons kantoor in de regio. Naast het beheren en intensiveren van de relaties met onze belangrijkste sleutelklanten, ben je het boegbeeld naar de markt toe en bouw je ons regionale netwerk actief verder uit. Je geeft sturing aan een ambitieus team van (assistent) accountants, waarbij je optreedt als inspirator, mentor en coach om de vakinhoudelijke en persoonlijke groei van je mensen te waarborgen. Je hebt een scherpe, vernieuwende visie op procesoptimalisatie, IT-integratie en de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening. Samen met de overige partners bepaal je de langetermijnkoers van de organisatie en vertaal je deze naar innovatieve proposities voor onze MKB(+)-portefeuille.
