Als Directeur QHSE geef je voor Quality, Health & Safety en Environment richting aan een meerjarige koers, met heldere ambities, verantwoordelijkheden en standaarden per domein. Health & Safety bouwt daarbij voort op de bestaande volwassenheid, Environmental krijgt duidelijke centrale regie en voor Quality wordt opnieuw bepaald wat centraal en wat decentraal wordt belegd. Je bepaalt samen met de divisies de optimale verdeling van verantwoordelijkheden en stelt organisatiebrede kaders, beleid en werkmethodieken vast. Tegelijk versterk en leid je het centrale expertteam en geef je functionele richting aan de QHSE-professionals binnen Utiliteit, Industrie en Infra. Daarnaast borg je het Business Management System, koepelcertificeringen en erkenningen en richt je risicogestuurde auditplanning, monitoring en opvolging van bevindingen in. Wet- en regelgeving, TBI-initiatieven en externe normen vertaal je naar een concrete change agenda en werkbare implementatie binnen de divisies. Je rapporteert aan de Statutaire Directie en opereert vanuit gedelegeerde bevoegdheid voor de organisatiebrede QHSE-kaders. Het doel is dat QHSE aantoonbaar bijdraagt aan veiligheid, risicobeheersing, faalkostenreductie, leren van projecten, continuïteit en commerciële slagkracht. Jouw profiel - Ruime leidinggevende ervaring binnen Quality, QHSE of een vergelijkbaar specialistisch vakgebied. - Trackrecord in strategisch positioneren van Quality en verbinden van QHSE aan bedrijfsdoelstellingen. - Kennis van managementsystemen, ISO 9001/14001, audits, certificeringen, compliance en risicogestuurd werken. - Ervaring met centraal-decentraal aangestuurde or...
