Je adviseert de Raad van Bestuur, neemt deel aan het landelijk directie- en bestuursoverleg en stuurt circa 50 vastgoedprofessionals aan. Met verbindend leiderschap stimuleer je samenwerking, realiseer je duurzame vernieuwing en bewaak je de balans tussen ambitie en uitvoerbaarheid. Je bouwt verder aan een toekomstbestendige, financieel gezonde vastgoedorganisatie met maatschappelijke betekenis. Waar ga je werken? 's Heeren Loo is met circa 15.000 cliënten en 17.000 medewerkers één van de grootste en meest ervaren zorgaanbieders van Nederland. De organisatie ondersteunt mensen van jong tot oud met een (verstandelijke) en/of andere beperking om het leven vorm te geven zoals zij dat zelf willen: zo zelfstandig mogelijk, dicht bij huis en samen met de mensen die voor hen belangrijk zijn.
