Dit zijn met name het Selva-restaurant op het dak met 140 zitplaatsen, de cocktailbar Sonora op het dak met 50 zitplaatsen, de Moana-bar met 70 zitplaatsen, restaurant The View met 260 zitplaatsen, de Meeting & Event-operatie verdeeld over 10 vergaderruimten met een gecombineerde maximale capaciteit van 650 personen. Je maakt ook deel uit van het managementteam van het hotel. U bent volledig verantwoordelijk voor de winst- en verliesrekening van Food & Beverage. Als Food & Beverage Director evalueer, ontwikkel en moedig je je team aan om het maximale uit zichzelf te halen. Je signaleert en communiceert knelpunten en helpt deze op te lossen. Je houdt ook toezicht op de uitvoering van interne procedures en wetgeving, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van budget & planning en HACCP. Tot slot onderhoud je een hechte band met de gasten en ben je, indien nodig, het eerste aanspreekpunt voor complimenten en klachten.
