Samen met de pedagogisch directeur van het MFC ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van de zorgverlening in het O.C.:

  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een toekomstgericht en duurzaam beleid met als uitgangspunt de kwaliteit van leven van elke cliënt, in overeenstemming met de missie, visie en strategische doelsellingen van de organisatie en Evara
  • Je organiseert en coördineert de dagelijkse hulp- en dienstverlening in samenwerking met de betrokken leidinggevenden
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënt en verantwoord beheer van cliënt-, personeels- en financiële middelen
  • Je volgt relevante wetgeving, beleidskaders en sectorontwikkelingen op en vertaalt deze naar concrete organisatorische en inhoudelijke keuzes
  • Je vertegenwoordigt Sint-Ferdinand in externe overlegorganen en samenwerkingsverbanden
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere uitbouw en verankering van Sint-Ferdinand binnen het bredere zorgverleningslandschap

  • Je hebt een ruime kennis over actuele tendensen in de ondersteuning van personen met een beperking
