The posting

WZC Sint-Antonius (Grembergen, Dendermonde) is een woonzorgcentrum van vzw Zorg-Saam ZKJ met 148 woongelegenheden, waaronder 6 voor kortverblijf. Met een 130 tal enthousiaste medewerkers geven wij dagelijkse zorg aan verschillende doelgroepen: zorgbehoevende ouderen, ouderen met dementie, ouderen met nood aan palliatieve zorgen en 10 patiënten met MS.

Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een

DIRECTEUR WONEN EN ZORG met een warm hart voor ouderen

De directeur wonen en zorg is een absolute sleutelfiguur in de organisatie en zorgt dat alle voorwaarden vervuld zijn om de bewoners en andere zorgvragers een zo goed en gelukkig mogelijk leven in het Woonzorgcentrum Sint-Antonius te bezorgen.

De job

Kwaliteit van zorg, wonen en leven is jouw verantwoordelijkheid en dit heeft vele facetten wat de functie dan ook zo boeiend en uitdagend maakt.

  • Je draagt actief bij aan het realiseren van onze visie op persoonsgerichte zorg en neemt hierin een verbindende rol op binnen de voorziening. Dit realiseer je samen met de 4 teamcoaches zorg. Daarnaast stuur je ook het paramedisch team aan. Aan hen geef je rechtstreeks leiding.
  • Je maakt deel uit van het beleidsteam van de organisatie. Dit team bestaat uit de directeur administratie en financiën, de directeur wonen en zorg en de algemeen directeur van de voorziening, die eindverantwoordelijk is.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's van het beleidsteam en rapporteert aan de algemeen directeur van het woonzorgcentrum. In nauwe samenwerking met de manager Wonen en Zorg, de stafmedewerkers en de collega-directeurs op groepsniveau, draag je bij aan projecten die de kwaliteit van wonen en zorg duurzaam vorm geven.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor in een gezondheidsberoep (bij voorkeur verpleegkunde)
  • Een aanvullende managementopleiding is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt minimum 1 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen de zorgsector, bij voorkeur in de ouderenzorg, bv. als teamcoach zorg.
  • Je beschikt over de noodzakelijke zorginhoudelijke en zorg-technische competenties.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met palliatieve zorg en zorg voor mensen met dementie.
  • Je bent een mensgericht, verbindende leider en communiceert op transparante en integere wijze.
  • Je werkt oplossingsgericht, bent ondernemend en flexibel.
  • Optimale inzet van personeel en capaciteitsplanning (uurroosterplanning) is jouw sterkte.
  • Ervaring met één van volgende expertisegebieden is een extra troef: kwaliteitscoördinatie, interne audit, proces- en projectmanagement, financieel beheer of facilitair beheer.
