- Altrecht GGz - Utrecht ( Utrecht ) - Online sinds: gisteren Altrecht GGz Ga jij als regiodirecteur zorg voor Acute Psychiatrie (AP) de uitdaging aan om -samen met je duale partner op bedrijfsvoering- leiding te geven aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de acute psychiatrische zorg voor de bij Altrecht bekende en onbekende cliënten, in samenspraak met de regionale ketenpartners. Wij zoeken een inspirerende en verbindende leider met een duidelijke visie op de acute psychiatrie. Herken jij jezelf? Lees dan verder. Wat ga je doen? Als regiodirecteur zorg vorm je -samen met de regiodirecteur bedrijfsvoering- een duaal partnerschap en draag je de gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid voor de RVE van Acute Psychiatrie. Jouw focus ligt op: - Het bewaken en verder ontwikkelen van de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de (acute) zorg - Het versterken van IHT en HIC-modelgetrouw werken en het terugdringen van dwang en drang - Innovatie, kwaliteitsverbetering en het vertalen van landelijke ontwikkelingen naar de praktijk - Het versterken van herstelgerichte, netwerkgerichte zorg en de samenwerking binnen de acute keten - Het begeleiden en inspireren van behandelaren in hun professionele ontwikkeling De regiodirecteur zorg is rechtstreeks gepositioneerd onder de raad van bestuur en maakt deel uit van het integraal MT van Altrecht. Dit MT houdt zich bezig met strategische vraagstukken, zoals de koers en positie van de organisatie en het toekomstbestendig en financieel gezond houden van Altrecht. MT-leden hebben niet alleen verantwoordelijkheid voor hun eigen RVE, maar ook voor Altrecht als geheel. Wie ben jij? Je bent een psychiater en een ervaren leidinggevende in de psychiatrische zorg. Je combineert kennis en ervaring over de acute psychiatrie met strategisch inzicht en weet professionals mee te nemen in verandering.
