Voor een internationale technische organisatie in de kop van Noord-Holland zoeken wij een daadkrachtige Directie Assistent die ervoor zorgt dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt. Jouw nieuwe uitdaging Als Directie Assistent ben je de rechterhand van een senior directeur. Jij zorgt voor structuur, overzicht en een professionele ondersteuning van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je beheert complexe agenda's, organiseert vergaderingen en internationale reizen en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe contacten. Tegelijkertijd houd je scherp zicht op acties, deadlines en afspraken. Je wacht niet af, maar ziet wat er moet gebeuren en onderneemt actie. Daarnaast ondersteun je waar nodig andere directieleden en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de voorbereiding van management- en boardmeetings. Kortom: jij zorgt dat de juiste zaken op het juiste moment geregeld zijn. Wat ga je doen? - Beheren van complexe agenda's en zorgen voor een slimme planning en prioritering. - Organiseren van meetings, managementoverleggen en bedrijfsevenementen. - Je bereidt agenda's, presentaties, rapportages, notulen en correspondentie voor. - Je regelt binnenlandse en internationale zakenreizen van A tot Z. - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor diverse stakeholders. - Je bewaakt acties, afspraken en deadlines en zorgt voor de juiste opvolging. - Je gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke commerciële, financiële en personele informatie. - Ondersteunen bij rapportages, budgetten en andere belangrijke bedrijfsdocumentatie. - Je draagt bij aan het verbeteren van administratieve processen en systemen.
