Wat ga je doen: - Plannen en coördineren van nationale en internationale afspraken en vergaderingen voor de directie. - Voorbereiden, coördineren en notuleren van MT- en projectvergaderingen, inclusief het bewaken van actiepunten. - Ondersteunen bij de organisatie van interne en externe evenementen, zoals teamdagen, klantbezoeken en beurzen. - Beheren van kantoorbenodigdheden, leverancierscontracten en coördineren van gebouwbeheer. - Ondersteuning bieden aan de administratieve verwerking van HR-processen, zoals contractadministratie, onboarding en verzuimregistratie.
