Functieomschrijving Als directiesecretaresse ondersteun je de Assistant Chief Engineers van de internationale afdeling Global Powertrain Engines door het zelfstandig uitvoeren van administratieve, ondersteunende en organisatorische taken. Je bent in deze rol de ondersteuning van de ACE en ontzorgt deze daar waar nodig is. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en je kunt gemakkelijk meerdere ballen in de lucht houden. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Actief beheren van de agenda; plannen, maken en voorbereiden van afspraken; - Beheren van de email inbox (complex); verwerken, beantwoorden en agenderen/bewaken van acties; - Het organiseren van zakenreizen inclusief de bijbehorende documenten en het afhandelen van declaraties; - Beheren van dagelijkse vergadernotities; prioriteren, uitzetten van acties en daar waar mogelijk zelfstandig afhandelen; - Administratieve ondersteuning bij diverse rapportages, goed kunnen werken met Outlook is belangrijk; - Monitoren tijdige aanwezigheid van input voor e-mails, presentaties en andere documenten; - Het organiseren van bijeenkomsten en vergaderingen met zowel interne als externe deelnemers; - Het aanspreekpunt voor externe gasten en zorg voor een goede ontvangs...
