Als directieassistent bedrijfsmakelaardij vervul je een belangrijke rol binnen een gespecialiseerde bedrijfsmakelaar in Amsterdam. De organisatie richt zich op bedrijfsruimten op industrieterreinen en is dagelijks actief binnen de dynamische wereld van logistiek, opslag, en handel. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de makelaars zich volledig kunnen richten op hun commerciële werkzaamheden. Je houdt overzicht, brengt structuur aan en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers, presentaties en administratieve processen tot in de puntjes geregeld zijn. Daarbij werk je zelfstandig en schakel je gedurende de dag met makelaars, ondernemers, klanten en externe partijen. Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor het aanmelden en presenteren van bedrijfspanden op Funda in Business, het maken van professionele brochures in Yisual en het actueel houden van de website. Daarnaast verzamel je kadastrale gegevens, stel je opdrachtbevestigingen en huur- en koopvoorstellen op en ondersteun je bij het voorbereiden van contracten via DocuSign. Ook op organisatorisch vlak ben jij een belangrijke spil binnen het team. Je beheert agenda's, verzorgt de facturatie, bewaakt deadlines en houdt overzicht over de verschillende lopende trajecten. Daarnaast sta je klanten professioneel te woord, zowel in het Nederlands als waar nodig in het Engels. Kortom: een brede functie waarin administratie, vastgoed, commercie en organisatie samenkomen.
