Als Directie Assistent(e) speel jij een cruciale rol achter de schermen. Jij ondersteunt het Bestuur op organisatorisch, administratief en praktisch vlak. Met jouw helikopterview, aanpakkersmentaliteit en gevoel voor discretie zorg je dat alles binnen de bestuurskamer op rolletjes loopt. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar jij houdt moeiteloos het overzicht over de dagelijkse organisatie en agendabeheer van het Bestuur. Je helpt bij het plannen, voorbereiden en opvolgen van afspraken en vergaderingen, denkt actief mee over prioriteiten en schakelt snel als de planning verandert. Jij zorgt er simpelweg voor dat alle informatie op tijd klaarstaat en dat afspraken helder worden vastgelegd. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij inhoudelijke bestuursstukken en managementrapportages. Je verzamelt de juiste informatie, werkt documenten uit en helpt bij het voorbereiden van presentaties, besluitstukken en bestuursdossiers. Hierbij werk je handig met onze BI- en SAP-rapportagetools om gegevens zorgvuldig en overzichtelijk klaar te zetten. Ook op het gebied van communicatie en events draai jij je hand niet om: je ondersteunt bij interne en externe communicatieve uitingen, PR-gerelateerde werkzaamheden en de praktische organisatie van bestuursbijeenkomsten en evenementen.
