De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als directieassistent(e)?

  • Je plant afspraken en houdt het overzicht over de agenda
  • Je maakt notities, werkt verslagen uit en ondersteunt bij rapportages en prestaties
  • Je verzorgt de interne en externe communicatie via mail en telefoon
  • Je zorgt dat vergaderingen tot in de puntjes voorbereid, georganiseerd en opgevolgd worden
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de directie en bewaakt de dagelijkse structuur
  • Je ziet erop toe dat afspraken nagekomen worden en houdt de opvolging hiervan in de gaten
