Met jouw brede en afwisselende takenpakket maak je deel uit van een team dat professioneel samenwerkt om de directieleden optimaal te ondersteunen. Jij denkt vooruit, signaleert kansen en knelpunten en weet mensen met elkaar te verbinden. Organiseren en plannen zit in jouw DNA en je voelt je thuis in een veeleisende, dynamische werkomgeving. Wat er ook speelt, jij blijft klant en servicegericht en houdt het overzicht. Als onderdeel van het MT wordt jouw mening dan ook zeer gewaardeerd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - het dagelijks beheren van complexe agenda's; - het voorbereiden en organiseren van bijeenkomsten en vergaderingen van management; - het doorpakken op acties besproken tijdens het MT; - het notuleren tijdens vergaderingen wanneer nodig; - het schakelen en samenwerken met managementondersteuners en collega-secretaresses om samen het beste resultaat te behalen. Hoewel het CAK een grote organisatie is, heerst er een persoonlijke en informele sfeer. In totaal werken we nu met 11 Directiesecretaresses en Managementassistenten. Dankzij onze actieve personeelsvereniging zijn er regelmatig uitjes en teambuildingactiviteiten, en er is veel ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling. We ondersteunen je graag in jouw groei.
