Als Directiesecretaresse bij NED Personeel ben jij de rechterhand van onze Algemeen Directeur en ondersteun je de Directie en het Management. Je brengt structuur aan, bewaakt prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken en besluiten daadwerkelijk worden opgevolgd. In onze groeiende organisatie krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, initiatief te tonen en zichtbaar bij te dragen aan de verdere professionalisering van NED Personeel. FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING: Door de groei en verdere professionalisering van NED hebben we behoefte aan structurele ondersteuning van de directie. Je werkt nauw samen met de algemeen directeur en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie. Je creëert overzicht, bewaakt de voortgang van afspraken en besluiten en ondersteunt bij dagelijkse en organisatorische werkzaamheden. De functie is bij de start primair gericht op directieondersteuning. Afhankelijk van de ontwikkeling van de organisatie, jouw ervaring en wat in de praktijk passend blijkt, kan de rol op termijn worden uitgebreid met officemanagementtaken. Wat ga je doen? - Beheren en coördineren van agenda's, e-mail en afspraken van de directie. - Voorbereiden, organiseren en notuleren van directie- en managementoverleggen. - Bewaken van besluiten, actiepunten, deadlines en planningen. - Ondersteunen van de algemeen directeur bij dagelijkse en organisatorische werkzaamheden. - Organiseren van interne bijeenkomsten en overleggen. - Ondersteunen van HR bij personeelsadministratie, dossiers, werving en selectie, onboarding en opleidingsadministratie. - Opstellen en verzorgen van correspondentie, presentaties en managementinformatie. - Signaleren van knelpunten en actief voorstellen doen om processen, samenwerking en communicatie te verbe...
