The posting

Als directiesecretaresse bij Kuijpers ondersteun je de financieel directeur (CFO) en operationeel directeur (COO). Je zorgt ervoor dat beide directieleden zich volledig kunnen richten op hun verantwoordelijkheden. Daarbij ben je niet alleen ondersteunend, maar ook een sparringpartner die deadlines bewaakt, afspraken opvolgt en zelfstandig zaken oppakt. Binnen het directiesecretariaat werk je nauw samen met je collega's.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Beheren van complexe agenda's en stellen van de juiste prioriteiten; • Voorbereiden van afspraken en zorgen dat de benodigde informatie beschikbaar is; • Voorbereiden van bestuurlijke overleggen en verzamelen van vergaderstukken; • Notuleren van vergaderingen en bewaken van actiepunten en afspraken; • Bewaken van deadlines en zorgen voor een goede opvolging; • Plannen en organiseren van werkzaamheden en afspraken rondom de directie; • Vooruitdenken en de CFO en COO proactief ondersteunen en ontzorgen.

Deze functie is voor 32 tot 40 uur per week op kantoor in Helmond. Gemiddeld is ongeveer 1 thuiswerkdag per week mogelijk, in overleg met de directie en het team. Directieoverleggen vinden soms plaats in Den Bosch, hiervoor mag je gebruikmaken van een poolauto.

Functie-eisen: Je bent een ervaren directiesecretaresse die bewust kiest voor het vak. Je weet wat er nodig is om directieleden op hoog niveau te ondersteunen en krijgt energie van organiseren, plannen en ontzorgen. Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt vooruit en brengt rust en structuur, ook als agenda's vol zijn en prioriteiten veranderen. Daarnaast ben je integer, betrouwbaar en zorgvuldig met vertrouwelijke informatie. Met jouw no-nonsense mentaliteit pas je goed binnen het familiebedrijf Kuijpers.

Verder vragen we:

• Hbo werk- en denkniveau en een sterke secretariële achtergrond; • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als directiesecretaresse of bestuurssecretaresse en ervaring met het ondersteunen van directieleden op C-level; • Uitstekende beheersing van de Neder
